Retreat House Rates and Guidelines

I. ACCOMMODATION (Inclusive of 3 meals and 2 snacks)
1. Rooms with private C.R. & Bath (16 rooms). Each room can accommodate solo up to four (4) participants. 
  • Single occupancy: Php 1,450/day
  • Twin sharing: Php 1,350/day per participant 
  • 3 in a room: Php 1,250/day per participant
  • 4 in a room: Php 1,150/day per participant 
2. There are two (2) dormitories, 12 participants each dorm (with 6 double deck beds), with 2 common C.R. & Bath. 
  • Dorm: Php 1,000/day per participant
3. One day stay
  • ​​Php 850 per participant (Inclusive of 2 snacks and Lunch) 
  • Php 300 per participant (without meals)
4. Additional Meals
  • Breakfast: Php 250
  • Lunch/Dinner: Php 300
  • Snacks: Php 75
5. Stay in without meals
  • ​​Php 300    * Only applies when arrived at night
The above rates apply to a group of 16 participants. If less than 16, rates are subject to change.  Maximum capacity of the retreat house is 88 (4 in a Room and 2 Dorms).
II. USE OF FACILITIES
  • Conference room, LCD (white screen)/Sound system: Additional Php 350 + Php 350 per day for use of electricity.                     
  • Remind always to bring projector = use of RH projector: Php 350/hour *Projector/laptop to be brought by the group
  • Use of conference or other facilities beyond 10:30 pm and also use of facilities beyond the time of departure will incur an additional charge of Php 300/hour
III. MASS and CONFESSION
  • The Group can bring their invited priest. 
  • VDRH can also arrange or invite a priest for Mass or Confession for the group with sufficient notice and stipend for the priest c/o the organizer. 
​IV. RESERVATION GUIDELINES
  • ​30% non-refundable down payment at least two (2) weeks prior to occupancy and 70% balance to be settled upon check- out
  • Mode of Payments:
    • Check Payments may be made payable to Fraternidad Misionera Verbum Dei, Inc.
    • Cash Payments can be deposited at any Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI):

  • All reservations are on a first-come-first serve basis.
  • Latest arrival is only until 6 pm = to follow the dinner schedule.
