Prayer Buddies - 5/31/2017When Elizabeth heard Mary's greetings, the baby leapt in her womb. Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit, and, giving a loud cry said, "You are most blessed among women; and blessed is the fruit of your womb! (Lk 1:45-56)
Just like Mary, as Jesus grows in each of our lives, let's allow the Holy Spirit to guide us in our mission to share what we received. VERBUM DEI PRAYER BUDDIES

Many times in life, we forget God because we focus on our concerns in this world which we think are more important than God. God never leaves His children. (Acts 18:9-11) In this mission of announcing the Word of God, the Good News is it's God's doing. That's why Jesus tells us to not get discouraged but keep on spreading it for in the end God will make it grow in the hearts of the people even we do not see it. (John 16:16) Sometimes we don't understand why we have encountered troubles in life, we need to pray deeply so that we can get the exact message of God. (1 Cor. 15:10) By God's grace, we received Christ and regained our true identity as His children. Let us not put this grace into waste. God gave us sufficient grace to live our true identity and continue on the mission entrusted to us. Don't be afraid to take bold steps of faith everyday. His Grace is Enough.
