Gospel: John 3:7-15
 
“The Son of Man must be lifted up”
 
“And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in him may have eternal life”. Gaze upon the cross. What do you see? Can you fathom the depth of God’s love for you? What he dreams for you? Everything the Father did for you and me is rooted in his great love for us! Look again on the cross and give thanks to the risen Jesus! We, undeserving, accept this great gift of eternal life!
 
Let us continue to pray that Jesus will strengthen our faith in him and in his power that despite our current situation he will give us full life! Praying as well to the sensitivity each day to the prompting of the Holy Spirit’s guiding as to where the wind blows. Amen.
