Daily Guidelines: April 2, 2019

​April 2, 2019 – Tuesday
Gospel: Jn 5:1-16

“Rise, take up your mat, and walk”

Sometimes we are bounded by our culture, superstitions, etc. We are like the man in the gospel being bounded by the law of Sabbath prohibiting him to rise, to take his mat, and walk. When we celebrate Easter, we are celebrating with God for His glory. God free us from sins. Easter is the celebration of our freedom. In this gospel, Jesus is telling us that through Him we will be free. Jesus will break those things that bind us and prohibit us to be free.

Let us pray to our Mother Mary to guide us and inspire us to rise, to take our mat, and walk.
