Daily Guidelines: December 16, 2020

​December 16,2020 Wednesday
Gospel: Luke 7:18-23
 
Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?
 
In the Gospel, John sent his two disciples to Jesus. When the disciples met Jesus they asked, "Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?" Jesus replied,  "Go and tell John what you have seen and heard".
 
Like the two disciples we saw, heard and read what Jesus did. But sometimes the doubt is still there because before we believe in Him we want to experience His blessings and miracles. Sometimes we test God by asking for signs.
 
In the last part of the Gospel Jesus said, "Blessed is the one who takes no offense at me.”  If we believe in Him wholeheartedly we will be saved.
