Daily Guidelines: February 19, 2021

​February 19, 2021 – Friday
Mt 9:14-15
“And they will fast”
 
Jesus describes the faithfulness of His disciples when he was questioned by the disciples of John why His disciples do not fast. Jesus answered “Can the wedding guest mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them,
and then they will fast”. Jesus means that one day he will have to go and physically not be with His disciples but despite of that, He is faithful to His disciples and at the same time His disciples is faithful to Him. Jesus has put so much faith in us that we will follow Him faithfully.
 
Mama Mary, you respond to the faithfulness of God unto you with your faithfulness. Teach us also to put our faith to God because God has put so much faith to us.
