Gospel: Luke 5:12-16
 
"Lord if you want to, you can make me clean." (cf. Luke 5:12)
 
In today’s Gospel, a leper came close to Jesus. He had to live away from people because they believed that whoever touches him will become impure. But the Leper has a great courage, recognizing that only Jesus can heal him – believing in Jesus.
 
We can see in today’s Gospel how Jesus was moved with compassion going against the law to be able to cure the leper. Like the leper, do we have the courage to stretch out our hands and reach God asking "Lord if you want to, you can make me clean."?
