Gospel: Matthew 13:36–43
 
The Righteous and the Wicked
 
The world is not for the righteous for they truly belong to the Kingdom of Heaven. God did not intend for us, His beloved people, to live with the evil but He longs for us to endure its wickedness as we live through our lives.
 
It may be disheartening for us to keep our sanity and goodness as we live in a society where wickedness prevails but God continues to assure us of His love and mercy through His perfect timing.
 
Let us allow God to strengthen us in times when we are challenged to live out the righteousness of our faith.
