Gospel: John 6:52-59

“So you will have life because of Me.”- cf Jn 6:57

Was there a moment when you feel that life is a blur? That you are just merely gliding, passing through, with no definite meaning or purpose? Jesus today reminds us that during these moments we may just need to reconnect with the true source of life. No fad diet, unli-buffet or energy drink will be enough to fill that innate hunger. True nourishment comes only from Jesus. So let us feed ourselves daily with His word through prayer, and let us invigorate our passive lives with the active love that Christ provides.
