May 24, 2019 – Friday
Gospel: John 15:12-17
 
“Love one another as I have loved you.” – John 15:12.
 
God teaches us to love others as he loves us. He loves all the people disregarding their attainment, status, profession or whatever others think of them – God loves without exemption.
Let us learn to love as he loved, not looking for reasons to love others but just to love without asking for anything in return. Love requires sacrifices and patience. Let us love without conditions, without limitations.
What Jesus tells us in today’s Gospel is not just an option but a call for total obedience.
