Gospel: Luke 18:35-43 1st Reading: Rev 1:1-4,2:1-5 It is Faith not Sight that saves us. God tells us in the 1st reading, "I know your works, your labor, … Moreover, you have endurance and have suffered for my name, and you have not grown weary.” God sees you. He perfectly knows your heart and values all what you do. The blind man couldn’t see and begged for it. Jesus gave it to him but it was not his sight that saved him, it was his faith in Jesus - the one whom he can run to in the moment of need, in the moment he cannot see. When we can’t see clearly, we can trust that we have a God who sees everything and knows what he’s doing. We can hope in Him. #PrayVD |
