Gospel: Luke 10:25–37

Good Neighbor

Today’s Gospel, gives us the well-known parable of the Good Samaritan in which we hear about the goodness of a person least expected by the Jews to be as such to his neighbor.

Deep beneath every man’s heart lies the seed of goodness and it is for one to let it grow and bloom into living. Today Jesus is inviting us to live out the good neighbor in us expressing love and showing mercy to everyone.

Let us ask Mother Mary to inspire us into goodness towards our neighbor.
