Gospel: Luke 6:39–42
 
You will see clearly enough.
 
Today's Gospel is a warning to those who judge others without bothering to look deeply into themselves.
 
A disciple who has not learned enough to see his own faults and yet presumes to judge others is not in any position to teach. Jesus is not telling us to just ignore the faults of others but reminding us of our duty to correct the fault of others with great care and caution. He is also inviting us to examine ourselves first on the faults that we commit and be humble on accepting them.
