Daily Guidelines: September 22, 2020

​September 22, 2020 Tuesday
Gospel: Luke 8:19–21
 
"My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it." (cf. Luke 8:21)
 
It is easier to hear the word of God than to act on it. And to act the words of Jesus, we are called to love every person we encounter, including those whom we may not like.
 
Jesus calls us to stretch ourselves and act the same way that He did in the Gospel. He calls us to live His words each and every day.
 
Let us ask Mother Mary to guide us in being always mindful of the way we see every person we encounter, that we may consider them each day as our brothers and sisters in faith. Amen.
