Gospel: Luke 8:16–18

"...so that those who enter may see the light." (cf. Luke 8:16)

Our society at present is in dire need of seeing the light of truth as it is being blinded by deceptions through fake news. And Jesus, in today’s Gospel, is calling us to live out the truth so that others “may see the light”.

Let us have a moment to reflect on the things that we share to others and be reminded with a sense of truthfulness as we express our lives through words that we say.

May we be like Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, who faithfully lived out the truth in his life.
