Lk 9:46-50


“Do not prevent him”
 
“Do not prevent him”, Jesus said, “For who is not against you is for you”. These words of Jesus calls us to reflect our actions towards others. We are unaware that we are preventing the other person on doing righteous things. It could be our anger or hatred to other person that prevents him to reconcile with you and with God. Maybe our being “closed door” attitude are preventing others on taking a step towards Jesus.

We are invited to be more forgiving, understanding, and open to others and make a way for them to be with Jesus.
 
Mama Mary, guide us as we open ourselves to others so that they may be able to walk with Jesus
